  5. Notify your name and phone number.Please try to use home phone or public phone to report which will be helpful to clarify your address.

When encounter incidents or traffic accidents,please dial 110 and clarify the following matters:

  1. When ( time and date )
  2. Where ( the place )
  3. Who (descibe the suspected)
  4. The victim
  5. What happened
  6. What is the result?
